    Cancel 7 days prior to arrival to avoid charge of 1 night's stay. During winter(Nov-Apr), cxl 61 days prior for refund less $50 cxl fee, 30-60 days prior to avoid charge of 2 night's stay. Cxls made less than 30 days prior are charged full amount of stay.
