    All reservations require a deposit of 1 night plus tax at time of booking to an accepted credit card. The full balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival

    Cancellation Policy
    All cancelled reservations refunded deposit minus 25USD penalty fee. However, reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival charged a penalty equal to full stay plus tax. All no-shows charged the full stay plus tax.
