    Follow Airport Access Road To Highway 40. Turn Right And Follow Highway 40 East Through Downtown Steamboat To Mt. Werner Road Exit. Turn Left Off The Exit Ramp Onto Mt. Werner Road. Mt. Werner Road Goes Through One Stop Light And Circles To Your Right. Stay In The Right Lane To Apres Ski Way And Turn Right. Turn Right At The First Street - Village Drive - And The Lodge Is Half A Block Down On The Left. Follow Airport Access Road To I-70 West. I-70 Will Go Through Denver And Up To The Eisenhower Tunnel. Take The First Exit After Tunnel At Silverthorne-turn Right Onto Highway 9 North. Follow 9 North To Kremmling. At The Stop Sign-turn Left Onto Highway 40 West. Follow 40 West Over Rabbit Ears Pass And Into Steamboat. At The First Stoplight Take A Right Onto Walton Creek Road. About Three Blocks Down Turn Left Onto Village Drive. The Lodge At Steamboat Is Located About Two Blocks Down On The Right Hand Side. Located 200 yards to the gondola base and resort village. 22mi E. of Yampa Valley APO(HDN)/180mi from Denver Intl APO(DIA)

    Deposit of one night's lodging due within 10 days of making reservation. Balance due including 12.5% sales tax 30 days prior to arrival. For Holiday Season (Dec 20, 2003-Jan 4, 2004), the balance is due including sales tax 60 day prior to arrival.

    Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation 31+ days prior to arrival(61 days for 20dec03-04JAN04 and 15 days for 14APR03-21NOV03): 1 nights rent is forfeited. Within 30 days of arrival (60 days for 20DEC03-04JAN04 and 14 days for 14APR03-21NOV03): Full deposit is forfeited.
